Engineered to comply with local PEA/MEA power system requirements, providing high breaking capacities and structural integrity.
Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCBs) are essential to the safety of electrical grids, industrial automation systems, and renewable energy structures. In Thailand, where the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) continues to drive heavy manufacturing, automotive hubs, and electronic assembly expansion, the demand for highly reliable MCCBs is growing rapidly. Precision-engineered metal stamping components—such as fixed contacts, moving contacts, arc runners, structural terminals, and auxiliary armatures—serve as the mechanical and electrical core of these protective devices.
Thailand's geographical position presents unique environmental challenges. The combination of high relative humidity, tropical temperatures, and coastal salt-spray exposure requires electrical components to have high thermal stability and excellent corrosion resistance. Choosing stamped components that use advanced surface coatings (such as silver, tin, or nickel plating) is critical to preventing galvanic corrosion and preserving electrical conductivity over decades of service.
As Thailand moves toward "Thailand 4.0," there is a clear trend toward digital integration in manufacturing. Heavy industries in Samut Prakan, Chonburi, and Rayong are shifting from traditional electrical distribution boards to intelligent, IoT-enabled power management. This transition requires MCCBs to support smart metering accessories and highly responsive electronic trip units.
Consequently, internal stamped parts must meet tighter dimensional tolerances. A variation of even a few microns in contact spring alignment can cause variations in mechanical trip speed, which may lead to unwanted breaker operations or arc faults. In solar power plants in Central Thailand and coastal wind fields in the South, circuit breakers often operate at elevated voltages (from 800VAC up to 1140VAC). Under these high-voltage conditions, components like the arc runner must be stamped from specialized copper-nickel or copper-chromium alloys to guide and extinguish high-energy electric arcs quickly.

Founded in 2015, Acereare Electric has established itself as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and original design manufacturer (ODM) of molded case circuit breakers and precision-stamped metal components. Managing two wholly-owned manufacturing subsidiaries—"RuiRui Electric" and "KeRui Electric"—we blend generational experience in toolmaking with modern production techniques.
Our manufacturing facilities are built on integrated management systems supported by PLM, ERP, BI, and MES software. This setup ensures that every batch of metal stamping parts, from raw strip copper to final plated assembly, has complete metallurgical and dimensional traceability. Our engineering team specializes in progressive tool design, allowing us to manage complex stamping profiles, minimize material waste, and offer competitive pricing to our global partners.
Our commitment to win-win cooperation is supported by robust engineering, manufacturing capacity, and structured quality control systems.
We provide one-stop production with six distinct processing technologies, high-precision equipment, and more than 10 manual and automated assembly lines.
Our team of over 50 R&D engineers has extensive experience in 3D tool modeling and finite element analysis (FEA) for both individual parts and complete breaker assemblies.
With two factories producing components and finished units, we use integrated ERP and U8 software to manage timelines and maintain consistent delivery schedules.

Developing the right stamping parts requires close collaboration between designer and manufacturer. At Acereare, we offer structured services designed to meet different production and supply chain goals:
We help clients build brand value by using high-quality raw materials with certified electrical conductivity and mechanical strength. We offer fast sample customization to accelerate new product releases, and custom product structural designs to help differentiate your breakers in competitive markets.
Our OEM services include product mold development, functional testing, and assistance in obtaining international certification reports. Supported by our 24-hour engineering response system, we act as your dedicated offshore manufacturing partner.
We support custom laser engraving and logo printing for authorized trademarks on both components and packaging (including inner boxes and outer shipping cartons). We accept low-minimum-order quantities (MOQ) to help test regional markets.
Factory-direct high breaking capacity circuit breakers, electronic trip units, and modular base accessories.
Technical and logistics answers for sourcing MCCB metal parts for projects in Thailand and surrounding regions.
We source high-grade oxygen-free copper (C1100) and phosphor bronze alloys. C1100 copper provides high electrical conductivity (≥100% IACS), which helps keep contact resistance minimal and limits heat generation at high operating currents. Phosphor bronze is selected for spring-loaded moving contacts because of its mechanical fatigue resistance.
All of our metal stamping parts undergo electroplating processes. We apply silver plating (often 3 to 5 microns thick) on electrical contact areas to maintain low contact resistance. For structural and terminal parts, we use tin or nickel plating to protect against oxidation and salt-spray corrosion in coastal and industrial areas.
For custom OEM/ODM stamping parts, design validation and tool manufacturing generally take 25 to 35 days. Once the tooling is approved, mass production orders are typically fulfilled within 15 to 20 days. High-speed progressive presses allow us to scale up production quickly to meet demanding schedules.
Yes. Our in-house testing laboratory conducts a range of evaluations, including salt-spray testing, high-temperature operations (up to 55°C), low-temperature operations (down to -40°C), and high-altitude mechanical stress modeling. We provide material certificates, dimensional reports, and testing documentation with every production run.
We regularly ship directly to main ports in Thailand, such as Laem Chabang and Bangkok, as well as to industrial parks in Rayong, Samut Prakan, and Chonburi. We handle exporting paperwork and provide certified certificates of origin (such as Form E under the China-ASEAN Free Trade Agreement) to assist with customs clearance and duty exemptions.
