China 200a 3p Breaker Suppliers & Factories

Precision Engineering, Robust Distribution, and Global Industrial Grade Reliability from China's Top ODM Manufacturer

Technical Architecture of the 200A 3P Circuit Breaker

In the hierarchy of low-voltage electrical distribution, the 200A 3P (3-Pole) Molded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) serves as a critical nexus point for safeguarding three-phase power infrastructure. These components are designed specifically to switch, isolate, and protect motors, feeder branch circuits, and terminal distribution boards against severe electrical fault anomalies such as overcurrent thermal overloads and short-circuit faults.

The 3-pole configuration ensures simultaneous monitoring and interruption of all three active phase conductors (L1, L2, L3) in a balanced AC system. Operating on a dual mechanism of trip unit design, thermal-magnetic breakers utilize a bimetallic strip to measure slow-acting thermal overloads. On the other hand, an electromagnetic solenoid configuration takes care of instantaneous short-circuit protection. China's leading factories now seamlessly incorporate electronic and LCD-enabled trip modules (LSIG) to allow remote control monitoring, precise current threshold settings, and transient fault filtering.

Global Industrial Landscape of 200A 3P Breakers

Analyzing key commercial dynamics, infrastructure demands, and structural changes in power supply defense.

The demand for robust circuit breaker platforms is accelerating due to a shift towards high-power density environments, clean energy systems, and commercial building expansions. Heavy manufacturing centers, commercial shopping malls, data centers, and new energy vehicle charging sites require reliable 200A 3P MCCBs to handle main distribution board or sub-panel operations.

Additionally, high breaking capacities (Icu/Ics) ranging from 50kA to over 200kA at 400V/690V are now standard requirements, replacing older, lower-rated systems. Since grid operators demand minimal downtime and strict fault selectivity, modern breakers must be highly adjustable, providing precise thermal and magnetic trip thresholds. This minimizes unnecessary trippings and protects downstream machinery from expensive power disruptions.

Localized Applications & Extreme Environment Engineering

How our 200A 3P Breakers are customized to operate in challenging operational conditions.

Low Temperature Resilience

Specially manufactured with low-temperature oils and high-grade structural housings. Certified to operate down to -40 ℃, ideal for high-altitude wind turbines and cold-climate substations.

Salt Spray & Marine Anti-Corrosion

Engineered for harbors, ships, and coastal distribution. Our breakers withstand up to 72 hours of salt spray testing for complete machines and 48 hours for core components, keeping electrical equipment operating reliably.

High Altitude Derating Support

For installations exceeding 2000m, we provide calibrated derating factor charts. We adjust internal air clearance, creepage distances, and heat dissipation capabilities to prevent flashovers in low atmospheric density.

Commercial & Residential Furnishing

Highly flexible, compact dimensions make it easy to integrate into main distribution panels. Protects heating ventilation systems (HVAC), complex light arrays, and elevator circuitry from overloading faults.

High Temperature (55°C) Thermal-Isolation

Utilizes specialized insulating compounds. Copper and iron components receive anti-rust coatings. Confirmed by tests in our 55°C constant temperature facilities to perform reliably in desert solar arrays.

Intelligent Measurement & IoT

Equipped with built-in current transformers and microprocessors. Supports smart grid integration by monitoring voltage, current, and harmonics, with communication protocols like Modbus and RS-485.

China Factory Supply Chain Resilience & Manufacturing Capacity

When purchasing electrical components globally, supply chain resilience is a key factor. Acereare Electric operates two manufacturing facilities in China's low-voltage electrical hub, offering significant production advantages. This location provides immediate access to high-grade raw copper, specialized engineering plastics, and tooling designers.

Our factories are highly vertically integrated. Rather than relying on external component suppliers, we process critical internal contacts and stamped connection plates in-house. This minimizes quality variations and insulates our pricing from component market fluctuations. Guided by advanced ERP software, our production system synchronizes parts fabrication with assembly lines, maintaining reliable delivery schedules even during periods of global logistics congestion.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Common technical questions answered by our engineering and product support teams.

What is the difference between Icu and Ics in a 200A 3P MCCB?
Icu (Ultimate Short-Circuit Breaking Capacity) is the maximum fault current the circuit breaker can safely interrupt, though it may sustain internal damage. Ics (Service Short-Circuit Breaking Capacity) is the fault current the breaker can interrupt and continue operating normally afterward. Acereare MCCBs feature an Ics that often matches Icu, ensuring longer service life and system reliability.
How does high altitude affect 200A breaker performance?
At altitudes above 2000 meters, lower air density reduces heat dissipation and insulation efficiency. Consequently, the rated current and operating voltage must be derated according to specialized altitude correction tables. Contact our engineering team to ensure proper configuration for high-altitude installations.
Can a 3-Pole (3P) breaker be used in 4-wire electrical networks?
A 3P breaker monitors the three active phase lines but does not isolate the neutral wire. In configurations where neutral line isolation is required for safety during maintenance or to prevent unbalanced neutral current faults, a 4-Pole (4P) breaker should be specified instead. We manufacture both 3P and 4P configurations to suit different network needs.
What custom testing options do you provide for large wholesale orders?
In our on-site testing facility, we perform multiple evaluations, including high-voltage dielectric tests, temperature rise profiling, mechanical endurance cycling, and short-circuit simulation. We also offer extended salt spray and low-temperature chamber exposure testing for specialized projects.
