    Copper material - punching and forming - pickling - surface treatment/electroplating of copper parts - welding.

    The after-sales rate of copper electroplating does not exceed 3 in 7 years. Following degreasing agent treatment, pickling, cleaning, silver plating (converting printing plate into silver molecules by electrolysis, adsorbed on copper by electrodes), cleaning, drying, and drying at 100 ℃, robust component parts are achieved.

    Validated through 7.5% potassium sulfide experiments for up to 15 minutes, resolving defects like unstable welding and copper discoloration. This process guarantees that the electroplated coating will not blacken or discolor within the specified period.
